ಲಾಕ್ ಡೌನ್ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕಾರಿಪುರದ ವಿವಿಧ ಬಡಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಡವರಿಗೆ, ಕಟ್ಟಡ ಕೂಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವಲಸೆ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಹಾಲು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
